Object of Desire: BCBG Armor Ring.
I am not a fan of those huge bling-blings but BCBG’s fall armor ring is just too good to be true! I first saw it couple of days ago while picking up some sale items in their downtown store! I couldn’t believe my eyes – this ring looks just like so popular (but not so affordable) Loree Rodkin’s lacy bondage ring which, by the way, retails for astonishing $20,000! The top ring is now available at BCBG’s website for $118. I guess I can stop dreaming about Rodkin’s creation since I can get my hands on BCBG’s variation!

Object of Desire: Adidas by Stella McCartney backpack
School starts in less than a month which means that I am on my way to buy a new bag. However this time, I am determined to switch to this season’s hottest accessory – a backpack! Originally I thought of leather ones, just like in Alexander Wang’s FW2010 show. But when I saw Stella McCartney for Adidas creation, I totally changed my mind. It’s shiny, it’s light, it’s durable and it is a great alternative to those boring bags!

The print is perfect, the shape is perfect, the size is perfect…so the bag comes out perfect! Mulberry is one interesting brand which is known for its classic Bayswater leather bags but tends to surprise us with great quirky and catchy prints. They look cool and yet they are not permanent! You can experiment and have fun with those temporary tattoos by Chanel. I think I’ll have to run to the nearest Holt and Renfrew with hope that I can get one of those trompe l’oeil which, in fact, retail for $75!
